The breakfast was also very copious and impressive. First time i slept in a futon bed but it was surprisingly comfortable. We loved our stay here. It was also very well located.

Standing beside the Taki River, it features outdoor hot-spring baths and traditional in-room meals and is a 5-minute walk from Arima Onsen Train Station. The Japanese rooms have traditional futon bedding and a minibar. The hotel room was different from any hotel we had ever been. Very Japanese typical style. Everything was provided. There was even a massage chair for our private use. In the evenings while we were at dinner, the staff set up the futon beds which were very comfortable to sleep in. Before bed, we ordered Shiatsu massages, which were exceptional. The food was good! Breakfast was definitely typical Japanese style. The Onsen was amazing. The water felt so healing.

Went with my husband and three daughters (8y, 11y and 13y) and we all loved it. First, the best Onsen in the village. Amazing staff, we felt very welcome. Excellent breakfast, practically gourmet level, for $15 Lounge area had vinyl record library and turntables for personal use. Staff were extremely helpful when I had issues with family member. Hotel was only few steps away from China Town and also close to dozens of cafes, restaurants, shopping stores. 5 minutes walk from railway station. Perfect location. Quiet rooms.

The East Exit of JR Sannomiya Train Station is only a 5-minute walk away. Excellent place to stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice rooms. The location is very conveniently located near restaurants, the supermarket and the railway station. The staff was very helpful and friendly A bonus were the washing machines (coin operated) were we could replenish our clean clothes conveniently.

I highly recommend walking from the hotel to the castle at night. There are lots of restaurants and convenience stores very close by. The free ramen was great. Served by the loveliest chef in Japan. The breakfast was incredible. The onsen was lovely. All the staff were so friendly. So glad we stayed here.
