The room is comfy. Good ac and hot water always available. Property is beautifully maintained. The family that manages the property are warm and helpful. They have a super cute dog named ASH too! Delicious breakfast was included with the hotel. More value for the amount we paid.

Occupant un ancien bungalow de l'époque coloniale, l'établissement The Elephant Stables est implanté dans une belle propriété avec vue sur la verdure de Kandy. The bungalow sits atop a hill with a view of a river, hills and forested landscape capturing a picturesque view of Kandy. The morning mist encompasses the bungalow making you feel you're living in the clouds. With an infinity pool and attentive service and a gorgeous property this stay capped my entire Sri Lanka trip. The bungalow is located 15 min drive from the main property but check-in and everything else is handled directly at the bungalow. The rooms are clean and well furnished. Manju (head of housekeeping) took our orders and overall made our stay enjoyable. The food cooked by the private chef was memorable. Would encourage all friends to visit.

Située au cœur de la ville de Kandy, la Villa 49 se trouve à 1 km du célèbre temple de la Dent. Son restaurant sert des plats locaux et occidentaux. This villa is a short walk to Kandy lake and about 10-15 mins to the city centre. The villa is an older property with nice views across the valley. We enjoyed watching the monkeys from our balcony as they made their way across the rooftops everyday. The host Shenani and her staff are a delight. Shenani is a great cook and we enjoyed beautiful Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner. Shenani also gave us some excellent options for temples to visit in the nearby countryside. Very helpful with onward transport too. Shenani also surprised us with chocolate brownies baked from the Edmonds cookbook which any Kiwi reading this will know well.

Everything! 😍 It was a nice surprise The hotel is in the high part of Kandy ( facing knuckles mountain and a golden Buddha), the view is spectacular. The Sky Pavilion is a jewel, decorated with taste, it’s quiet , clean and rooms are beautiful all with the stunning view on the mountains and you can also relax by the pool The manager takes a good care of his guests and the staff is really helpful and nice . They will help you with everything, visits, food and drinks , transportation , money change etc… In addition, the cooking is really good , the breakfast is top ! And finally , their Tuk Tuk driver is a gem, he will take you to the best places in the city . I will come back there .

L’établissement Hotel Kandyan View ''Free pickup from Kandy city'' se trouve à Kandy, à 3,3 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Gare de Kandy. Parfait, très moderne équipé à l'européenne. Grandes baies vitrées dans la chambre avec une vueagique sur Kandy. Un peu excentré (15min de Tuktuk depuis la gare de Kandy) mais du coup très très calme.

Niché dans les collines verdoyantes de Kandy, l'Hotel See Kandy possède une piscine extérieure et propose des chambres confortables avec un balcon donnant sur les montagnes. L'hôtel est perché au-dessus du lac, loin de l'agitation de la ville et a une vue incroyable sur Kandy. Nous avons eu la chambre 102 , avec balcon avec vue sur le lac. Très grande, ,m elle pouvait accueillir 3 personnes sans souci. Le personnel très souriant est aux petits soins tout en étant discret. Possibilité de payer par carte ou en euro.

Le Settle Inn Tourist Lodge est situé dans un cadre semi-rural, à seulement 1 km de la ville de Kandy et du temple de la Dent. We had two rooms. In one room, we had a 4 year old. There was no charge for him, but an extra bed was provided. Rooms were super clean. Very nice upgraded bathrooms. The host was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good...standard fare with a nice fruit plate. The location was great. We walked to town along the lake. For families, there is a big playground right at the bottom of the hill, on the way to the lake and town.

They went above and beyond preparing a special breakfast for our little boy and thoughtfully arranging a taxi for our departure. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out, and we are grateful for the experience. Highly recommend. .
