Lush tropical gardens, an infinity pool, and the scenic beach at sunset will make your heart skip a beat in the best way possible. We enjoyed one day in the beautiful place. Villas and the main building are well decorated. Territory is clean and relaxing. Beautiful pool with a great view to the ocean. Rooms are good enough but to get the most of this hotel I would better book the room on the second floor of the main building. Breakfast was nicely served outside, food was good.

This is a great boutique stay for couples and families. Staff knew every visitor and provided great recommendations, for activities and food, even though the breakfast and dinner we had at the hotel was the best food. Special shout out to Kenny at the front of desk; no request was too big for him. Located a short tuk tuk ride from mirissa beach and Welegama ( surfing) - we will be returning to this hotel on our next trip to Sri Lanka. 5 start hotel, 5 star service, 5 start food ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Situated 1 km from whale watching at Mirissa Lagoon, Morning Star Guest House offers a spacious common living area with plush sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a seaview balcony. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is provided. It was great being able to walk to Turtle Bay & Marissa Beach. There were restaurants on the beach. We were able to rent a mask to snorkel & see the turtles.
