The hotel itself was well-presented, super clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly. Plus, it's conveniently located near a reliable tram line, making it easy to get around. Would highly recommend and it is great value for money.

The staff always went above and beyond. The rooms are large, and the balcony was great. Every now and then they would have live music downstairs at the bar. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathtub was really big. I would definitely stay here again. It is also right across the street from the Arab League Park, which also has a skate park inside of it. In the evenings the area comes to life with families hanging out in the park and food vendors. There are tons of restaurants and cafes just a short walk away.

The bath shampoo and soaps smelled lovely and worked well. The breakfast buffet was very varied, the fresh squeezed orange juice was a delightful surprise, and the coffee/espressos were made to order!
