Guests can access the guest house via private entrance. We had a wonderful time spending 2 nights at Sailor House! The hosts were by far the most hospitable out of anywhere else we’ve been in Montenegro, providing us with tons of local knowledge on beaches, food, markets, and so much more. They are very admirable people and clearly work hard to make sure everyone has a good experience. Next time we are in Budva we will no doubt be returning to Sailor House!

Some units also have a furnished balcony. Bedrooms have a separate air conditioners. Apartment is located just in front of the sea in the very quite area and still a walking distance to the old town. There are all necessary facilities in the kitchen and room. Many restaurants and cafe outside. Goran also rented us bicycles, it was even more convincing to go to the town. However, the water around the apartment was more clean and calm, so going elsewhere for swim is not necessary. The place looks pretty much same as photos. Having a table in the yard was grateful to enjoy the sun and outside air. Hot water, air-conditioning in the apartment worked without issues. I would like to come back again to Windrose if I come again to Kotor.

I would highly recommend this place. Spiro is so kind and so helpful to the guests and Boyana and Sara were so sweet and went over and beyond. You feel so taken care of here and we were so happy we got to stay here!
