They were very knowledgeable about Guanajuato and were very very ready to suggest local points of interest, restaurants and generally make our stay so enjoyable. The hotel was very elegantly and comfortably furnished and the location was right on the main square. Once inside, the hotel was a quiet and peaceful haven from the bustling outdoors of the Guanajuato square.
