Next to hotel there is an nice food supermarket, as well train station (city center - Wielicka salt mines train line) - modern train SKA1 will deliver you to Krakow center in 20 minutes, or to Krakow airport. From hotel to city center as ticket is 7 PZL per person (1,5€). Bolt/Uber from crntrr is around 8-9€. We selected this hotel due to location outside the city center since we planned couple of days in Zakopane, Energylandia and Auschwitz - Wielicka located on Krakow roundabout - some time saved not driving to city center every time.

The rooms feature modern design and are decorated in subdued colours. Each comes with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with seasonal underfloor heating. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices & included lattes made by a "real" Italian Expresso machine. Great food at the attached (independent restaurant) with attractive discount in the restaurant for guests of the hotel & discounted drinks for Happy Hour. Comfortable bed & pillows. Temperature of the room was great, heater could be adjusted & the windows opened (this is important in Europe in the winter when most hotel rooms are way too hot even with the hot water rads completely turned off. Shower had great water pressure & the towels were fluffy. Location is great - walkable distance to the Old Jewish quarter with restaurants & bars and ~10 minute walk to the market square (Cloth Hall & Xmas Markets)

The Polish people are some of the kindest people you’ll ever come across and their work ethic, and attention to detail is exceptional. Well worth the stay.

Relaks Apartamenty is situated 500 metres from the Main Market Square and offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi and design interiors. The Wawel Royal Castle is 1.4 km away.

The apartment includes a separate bedroom and a kitchenette to cook in. Guests can enjoy their meals in the dining area and there is a sofa to relax on. We had a wonderful time in Relaks Apartamenty, the people of Relaks were so customer-friendly and so kind to us. They arranged the transfers from the airport to the apartment and vice versa and they also organised a trip to Auschwitz for us. The location of the apartment was perfect, just a short walk to the center of the city. And there is a very nice garden with a small restaurant. We can recommend Relaks Apartamenty to every one who is planning to visit Krakow.

The elegant, 5-star Hotel H15 Francuski Old Town - Destigo Hotels is located only 400 metres from the Main Market Square in Kraków. It offers stylish rooms with free internet, tea and coffee-making facilities and a minibar. The staff were definitely amazing. The breakfast was delicious and everything was carefully taker care of. The room was nice. The aesthetics of the hotel made us feel like living in the old times again.

The elegant, 4-star Queen Boutique Hotel is located between Kraków’s Old Town and Kazimierz district, 700 metres from the Wawel Castle. It features stylish rooms with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Sauna access is free of charge. Fantastic hotel with a great location! We stayed four nights in deluxe double room with balcony (room number 202), with windows facing towards a beautiful park. The room was very quiet and clean, and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The hotel staff was polite, friendly and helpful, and we booked many tours through them (for example tours to Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka salt mine). The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had! From the hotel it was a short walk (10 min) to the main square and also to Jewish quarters (7 min walk), which contains lots of great bars and restaurants. A small shop is located almost next to the hotel, and we went there often to buy water and snacks. We will definitely come back!
