We had an issue with the lamp, which was fixed within 30 min. You cannot get anything better. Highly recommend! Everything is super clean, the SPA really fun to be in.

The Boutique has its own indoor play area for kids with a ball pit and a designated barbecue area. It also provides an airport shuttle service at an additional surcharge. The room and hotel is very nice and unique, in a local wooden style. Exceptionally clean, new furniture, balkony, and the view to the ski slopes. The breakfast was great, as it is usually every where in Poland! The guys at reception spoke several languages including Ukrainian, which was also pleasant. The hotel has kids area near the breakfast room - play room and the places to seat.

Very curtious and friendly woman who served and cleaned everything. *Receptionist was very helpful, professional, and willing to assist with anything needed. *Location was beyond exceptional. The sound of a running stream was soothing.

All Jan rooms are bright and decorated with warm colours. Each comes with an electric kettle and an LCD TV with satellite channels. It was the best accommodations. In general I never write any kinds of reviews, but i need to write this time for the first time. The girl in reception was incredibly amazing. Unlike the other zakopane people, she speaks English very well and it was very nice. And even she called me a taxi. The bus systems are so complicated and there are no Uber or Bolt taxi in zakopane, it was kind of light in my trip in zakopane. And the room was also amazing. Super clean and large. The refrigerator was not so cold, but if you put your water before you go to bed, you can get a cold water when you get up. The restroom was also very clean and the hairdryer was worked well. The Television worked well and even you can watch youtube through television. But the internet speed is not so fast, just wait a bit of time. The location was normal, not that bad but little bit far from the main street. It takes around 10minutes by foot. It doesn’t take a lot.

Each room at the Javorina includes private bathroom facilities with shower, as well as a fridge. All feature log walls and carved, wooden furniture. Chalets have also a kitchen to cook in. Amazing. Every thing was absolutely in best condition. The bathrooms, all bedrooms, etc.. the owner and staff were very nice and helpful. The chalet was absolutely beautiful and cozy, we didn’t want to leave. You can relax on a balcony from which you can admire stunning mountain views. Each apartment comes with a dining area and a refrigerator. The chalet was perfect, pretty, clean, well equipped. The staff are so professional and polite they really made the holiday a wonderful experience.
