Located in the Peneda-Gerês National Park, Lagoa Azul do Geres offers apartments and rooms overlooking Albufeira da Caniçada and the outdoor pool. Guests can relax on the sun terrace with sun-loungers which surrounds the pool. For starters the staff, namely Mr. Filipe Miguel, was very professional and polite, the accomodation had all the ammenities and comfort for a family of 4. Last, but not least, if you are looking to have a place to rest peacefully, overlooking the lake and the surrounding mountains, this is a place that I highly recommend. Not to mention that you can go on foot to the lake and you are 5 minutes away, by car, from the vila's center. The overall experience was 5 stars.

Located in Braga, Tea 4 Nine Guest House lunch is served in the apartments. This self-catering accommodation features free WiFi. The property is 270 metres from Biscainhos Museum and 1.7 km from Braga Municipal Stadium. The location was excellent and the breakfast left in the fridge for 2 days was enough to fed 3 at least and was delicious and varied. It was luxurious with touches not experienced in Portugal before such as thick robes. It is central, and quiet . The only thing is the glass door into the bathroom is a hazard as we kept on not seeing it.😕

We were really pleased with our stay at Casa do Juncal. I always expect to be at least a little disappointed in a hotel or local accommodations, but that was not the case here. Checking in and out was very easy, staff were lovely and the place was attractive and spotless. The complementary breakfast was very nice and the dining room was pretty. The location is amazing.

The elegant studios at Casa do Ameal are traditionally decorated with exposed stone walls. They all feature with a fridge and an en-suite bathroom. We‘ve been already second time in this property and we love it. Joao and his team are very nice and helpful, the breakfast is great and varied. The rooms are cleaned every day. Just next to the property there is a supermarket which is very practical. We will surely come back again 😎👏
