Free Wi-Fi is available. Room was extremely comfortable with great views. Breakfast buffet was incredible and well worth the price. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel serves an international buffet breakfast, including Western, Chinese and Japanese options. The hotel location is amazing , it has a mall attached to it as well as the metro station. The room size is very good and clean. The breakfast is amazing they have two restaurants for breakfast, the Asian market for halal food ( which I highly recommend) as well as the international buffet which was nice as well. We asked to change the view of the room and they were very kind to do so. We also asked for a late checkout and they were very kind to do so. The rooms are clean and the daily cleaning was very good as well. The location is very good.

Very good location, walking distance from everything, but not crowded, nice amenities, food available 24/7 - very useful for jet-lag :). I extremely enjoyed the normal balcony on the 20th floor with fresh air and nice views! I think it's a good idea for all Singapore hotels to have more services to fight with Jet-lag, most of visitors are coming from the west and have about 7-8 hrs diff with Singapore, we could not sleep before 5am at all. So i would prefer breakfast till 3 pm, or the pool working all night. Just as advice. :)

Modern and easily accessible, the property is a 10-minute walk from Clarke Quay and Raffles Place MRT Stations. The spacious rooms at The Hotel Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore feature classy rosewood and chrome textures and floor-to-ceiling windows. Each room is fitted with a Nespresso coffee machine and Bluetooth speakers. En-suite bathrooms offer a bath tub and feature Balmain toiletries. A great location, with excellent service. Staff was always very helpful, polite and professional. An excellent buffet breakfast too!

The hotel offers hourly accommodations (minimum 6-hour block charge applies) and boasts having the only AIRSIDE hotel outdoor swimming pool worldwide, a pool side bar, an exercise corner and a library lounge exclusively for registered guests. What I liked it the most is it’s location, inside the airport and I don’t need to clear the immigration. It is very comfortable, especially for my 80 year-old father.
