The staff was friendly and welcoming. We received a detailed introduction to all the events and experiences Cappadocia has to offer. There was no question unanswered and even transport to the city and good recommandations for restaurants were given. The rooms were high standard with a good bed and a big shower and plenty of place to put our things. Breakfast was rich, with various types of vegetables, fruits, sausages, diverse cheese types and a lot of sweets, like french toast, to chose from If you had a special wish, the helpful kitchenstaff did as good as they can to cover your desire. The whole place was very clean and well decorated. A highlight was their 360 degree panorama terrace where you could watch the famous balloons ascend together with the sun It was just a dream and a memory for life. Situated right by the Fairy Chimneys, Kayatas Cave Suites offers rooms caved into a rock, a terrace overlooking the town and free WiFi throughout the venue. Goreme Open Air Museum is only a 3-minute drive away. The hotel was beautiful and had plants all around. Manager - Sam was joyful to talk to and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty - they would serve it on the table - seemed typical Turkish, which was very nice. They have a terrace to view the balloons and the property is quite close to a small hill. It's a bit of an up-hill slope walk at night to get to the hotel after the dinner, but the weather helps and some of you will like it. Bus pickup & drop happens right up to the hotel, which is great. The hotel is at Goreme and we would recommend staying in this part of the district.

Location,interior were just wowwww staffs Were really really nice, helpful. It was a short tour and hot air baloon cancelled on that day due to weather ( my bad luck). I really loved staying here. I really liked every single part of this hotel, the location, the cleanliness, the delicious breakfast and their heartwarming hospitality. Especially I would like to say huge thank you to Tugay, who helped me with arranging transfer to the airport even though it was a last minute request. I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to Cappadocia!
