Tourist town An Thuong is 300 meters from the hotel. Cham Museum is 3.4 km away, while Song Han Bridge to downtown is 4.2 km from the hotel. Da Nang International Airport is 10 km away. Budget-Friendly Stay – Great Value for MoneyFor a budget hotel, Sea Phoenix really exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the location couldn’t be better — just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and An Thuong area. Truly excellent value for the pric.

The rooms were lovely, as were the common areas.

Prime Location: Located 6 km from Da Nang International Airport and 900m from My Khe. À La Carte Danang Beach is confident that it will become a tourist central point for you, because you can design your own trekking trips to explore famous places such as Son Tra peninsula, Linh Ung Pagoda, and Ngu Hanh Son Marble Mountains, Han Market, Ba Na Hills, Hoi An ancient town, ... The most attractive destinations to tourists today are the foreigner’s night market or cultural and culinary areas are within 2km from the hotel. We stayed in the One-bedroom Ocean View Suite with Balcony. The room was lovely with fantastic views. We liked that we had toilet in the open lay out ensuite but there was also a private toilet in the apartment too. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and look at everything happening on the beach and the beautiful sunrises. We had a buffet dinner as the fireworks we on that night and watched the bartenders put on an amazing show. The buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from and was delicious.

The hotel has good motorbikes available, cheap rental. This is a very economical choice for a hotel in the center.

Chu Hotel is a 2-minute walk to Bac My An Beach. Han Market is approximately 5 km from the hotel. Marble Mountain and Han River are both a 10-minute drive away. It takes approximately 15 minutes by car to reach Da Nang International Airport. Chu Hotel has become my go-to accommodation whenever I visit Da Nang. Its prime location and high standard of cleanliness consistently meet my top priorities when choosing a place to stay. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience—special thanks to Suzy, Lisa, and the gentleman who manages the buffet breakfast, whose warm hospitality and attentiveness truly enhance the overall experience. Their friendliness adds a personal touch that makes each stay feel welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast, which offers a delightful mix of local and Western dishes. The rotating menu kept things fresh and interesting, and I found myself genuinely looking forward to breakfast each morning. I’m impressed that they take priority in maintaining the hotel clean and safe for their guests. During my recent stay, notice and i was informed about the pest control services conducted at the hotel. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Da Nang—and to staying at Chu Hotel again!
