The breakfast buffet was very good to our satisfaction. It has everyday different varieties of Western and Asian food to choose from.Eating at their restaurant was delicious too, to our heart's contentment. The staff are nice, kind, friendly, helpful , respectful and always greeted with a welcoming smile, fresh tropical fruits and cold refreshing drinks , Tony, Kim ( sorry to some of the staff I forgot your names) and most of all to Alex for extending his services/help in arranging our bus ticket to Sapa and taxi in bringing us to the airport, thank you and to all of you, too.It is much appreciated.

The room is nice, quite big compare to other hotels around. The breakfast has not too many kind of food however it is enough and good. They have live station for eggs and a fresh baked bread. Above all the staffs here make the hotel another level! They speak very good english, super helpful, always go extra miles for the service. I am very impressed with the staffs. The hotels in general really need this kind of people in their business! It is a game changer!!!

Hanoi E Central Luxury Hotel & Restaurant is placed in the heart of Old Quarter just a 10-minute drive to Hanoi Train Station. Dong Xuan Market is just 100 metres away while Noi Bai International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. We loved staying in this hotel. From our warm welcome by Lily the manager to the end , we stayed twice, once for 3 nights and once for 1 night. Lily, the manager welcomed us warmly. The communication with her was amazing before during and after. In all our travels we have not met anyone so dedicated, professional and welcoming. She goes beyond her duties and is organised, super friendly and helpful. She organised 2 trips and transfers for us, it was peace of mind for us. All the other staff were very helpful and very lovely too. The room had an extra large bed a comfortable mattress and a large window which is not a given in Hanoi. The breakfast was good and plenty. The location is great, in the old quarter, close to everything, restaurants, cafes, shops and sights. If we come back to Hanoi we would stay here again without hesitation.
