The first room we stayed in was small and cramped. The bathroom had an odd layout so that you couldn’t sit on the toilet properly. We expressed our concern and they moved us to a larger room at no extra cost. The staff were so very kind and lovely and accommodating.

The family took really good care of me were super helpful. English friendly. Great spot for solo female traveler Good view overlooking the square Good food next door just up a hill but this was a good spot after a week on the loop

Beautiful interior design, brand new wooden rooms with very modern nice bathroom and huge windows on both sides, so you can admire the view directly from your bed! New, clean and tidy, very good equiped room. Very helpful hosts doing their best to make you happy (with help of google translator), they organised a taxi to Sapa for a special rate for us and to share with other guest- very thoughful, thank you for your help and hospitality:)

Beautiful homestay in a quiet and stunning location. We loved the simple and tasteful design of the rooms and common spaces. Perfect place for hiking and for a relaxing holiday. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and they really did everything they could to make our stay the best possible. They also have really good food and vietnamese coffee (and a lovely dog and cat). Absolutely recommended.

This is a beautiful hotel in a rural setting and ideal for anyone who wants a relaxed, quiet break in stunning surroundings. Views are spectacular. The rooms are really beautifully designed, roomy, with a lovely bathroom. The staff, especially Mr Chu, the manager, were all very friendly and helpful.

-The room was comfortable and spacious. It had a lovely view over the mountains. We really appreciate the soft bed and tick fluffy duvets. -On our last day the staff gave us a bag with snacks and water for our long bus journey which was very thoughtful. -The hotel is new and the design is inspired by the minority culture and embroidery. -The hotel’s location was very central and close to all the restaurants. -The dining room is on the 9th floor and has stunning breakfast views. -Breakfast had nice variety of foods and fruits.
