The hotel provides shuttle service going to the city center. The staff is very welcoming and the service excellent. We got a room upgrade when we arrived to the pool villa which was situated right beside their heated pool. The property has 2 pools and their heated pool was pleasantly warm even in chilly January weather. We had free 30 minute daily massages that were extremely relaxing after a long day of walking to see the sights. Cristy , the assistant general manager, and Claudia at the reception area were very kind and accommodating. They connected with us daily and ensured that we had an amazing stay in their hotel.

I love that this hotel has incredible history that you can't find with a new hotel. It's one of the most important historical sites in Hue, actually! Everything was fantastic during our stay. The staff was professional and very helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had wonderful views. The breakfast was fantastic, with great variety and delicious quality. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great. 10 min walk to “walking street” and the main area for bars and restaurants in the evening and only 30 min walk to the citedel so close to everything. If you’re taking a night bus the door off area is also really close around 5 mins to walk. The host Wan was super nice and helpful, providing a tourist map and circling recommendations. They can also book tours and onward transport if you need. She was lovely. Breakfast was basic but more than good enough especially as free and the room is very reasonable price. Comfy bed, aircon and my room had a bath. Great stay.

Best room we've stayed in Vietnam so far at a great price! Soft beds, big room, lots of windows, quiet, big bathtub, good lightning, kettle and fridge. The owners are very nice and offered to help us with whatever we needed including driving us in their private car. Sadly we had booked all our tours in advance so this review is mostly the room.
