The staff at the reception was very friendly and also all staff was eager to help with anything and very welcoming. The location of the hotel was very good and the gym was open 24/7 which was very nice.

I really appreciate the level of service which the hotel staff demonstrated, it was very very good! We were especially pleased by the employees Edmond, Amadou, Solomon and Azimjon, they made our stay perfect ! We liked the infrastructure of the hotel and all the amenities: gym, beach area, restaurants and the spacious rooms, of course !

An incredible hotel. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The room and city view was a sight to behold – magnificant. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. My experience was exceptional from start to finish.

The room was spacious and clean. The swimming area and spa was breathtaking.

Location excellent to walk to Le Marayah island and Abu Dhabi Mall. Plenty of cheaper restaurants nearby too. Beach and pool area impressively large and attractive. Staff plentiful and attentive. The housekeeping staff were a surprise, they created a beautiful towel sculpture of 2 swans. How romantic.

A highlight was our visit to the 74th floor—seeing Abu Dhabi from such heights was surreal and simply unforgettable. It made our celebration incredibly special, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Additionally, they gifted us some lovely amenities, including a luxurious lip balm—these small gestures truly elevated our experience. The hotel’s team went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was seamless. They helped us book appointments at the spa, which turned out to be a wonderfully relaxing experience. Dining at the hotel was also exceptional, with incredible Italian cuisine at the Italian restaurant and Lebanese dishes at the Michelin awarded restaurant that we can’t stop raving about. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a fabulous selection that catered to every craving. Our bellboy was more than accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Both the gym and the lounge room were immaculate and well-equipped, adding to the fantastic experience. Conrad Etihad Towers has truly set a new standard in hospitality, and it deserves more than 10 stars for the impeccable service, stunning views, and thoughtful touches that made our stay unforgettable. I be stayed in many luxury hotels in Abu Dhabi and by far is the best in the center of everything The concierge team is also a highlight as they helped us visit and arrange everything for us to see there . We can’t wait to return!
