The stay was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the service was top-notch. The location is very convenient as it is very close to downtown, Burj Khalifa, and the Business Bay metro station. More importantly, the price was very affordable considering its location. We had a great view of Burj Khalifa from our hotel room. Would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near the city center.

We initially chose this hotel because of its location—it is just a 5-minute walk from the metro and situated on the main road. The location was perfect! The hotel staff were extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We also booked our safari tour through the hotel's own tour team, and we were incredibly satisfied with the experience. The rooms, corridors, and dining areas were all spotlessly clean. Breakfast was more than sufficient. If you are used to a traditional Turkish breakfast like us, I believe you will find it quite satisfying. We absolutely loved the freshly baked goods. There was a great variety of eggs, and the salad section made us very happy. The only weak point of the breakfast was the cheese selection—there were only two types, and both were quite similar. As someone who enjoys different kinds of cheese at breakfast, this was a bit disappointing. However, the other food options more than made up for it.

A few steps from Safa Park, this Holiday Inn Express Safa Park is located on the famous Sheikh Zayed Road.

Perfect staff everywhere in the hotel. We really enjoyed the meals at Grace, as well as in Chival. The room was very spacious and well laid out. Rooftop pool is just fantastic!
