I came to Dubai for a medical appointment and was not very well for the duration of my stay; however, all staff from desk personnel helping me walk to breakfast personnel who took my order and brought everything to my table. My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The hotel is luxurious, comfortable and new. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I had a problem, the reservation staff were very friendly, tried to make me feel better. They recommended that I write to the support team. Then I wrote to the support team, they responded very promptly and solved my problem.

Beautiful hotel on Dubai Creek somewhat isolated from the downtown so its a little quieter which I preferred. I would stay there again.

The whole place and stuff is amazing. Having the chance to dive into the 54th floor pool and have a a breathtaking view of Dubai skyscrapers is priceless. Would definitely come back here if I am visiting Dubai again
