The apartment is just amazing, modern with beautiful views a terraces, we enjoyed our stay very much. Parking instructions were very clear and communication with owner quick. We appreciated a coffee maker with coffee beans which is by far no standard thing, even though it should be.

self check-in was quite fun, it takes about 5-10 min. to put in all details and get the keys out. :) Room was very fresh, many stores and restaurants nearby, very close to the high-way. Perfect for a stop on the way. Goal was not to explore the city but all people we met that one evening and morning were super kind.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I was given a fantastic upgrade and spent the night in the Penthouse which was very beautiful and much appreciated. Excellent breakfast and service. This was definitely the highlight of my trip. The place is quite new and has a modern yet tasteful interior. Thumbs up all around. Definitely a Hotel I will come back to each time I am in Graz.

Very spacious apartment with a living room featuring a sofa and double bed, plus two separate bedrooms. Easily accessible by car, very close to the Seiersberg shopping center in Graz, and with quick access to the main roads. Plenty of parking available both in front of the courtyard and inside. Although the apartment is older (which can be seen in the furniture), it is clean, very spacious, quiet, comfortable (beds and pillows are very comfortable), and well equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. Offers good value for money. The host, although speaking only German in person, was very friendly — and communication in English via WhatsApp was easy. Late check-in is also available, which was a great convenience. I recommend it — and if we return to the area, we’ll gladly stay here again.
