The staff is just amazing! They have big hearts and always ready to help the guests. I already miss the staffs who say HELLO to you with warm hearts. Linda was superb with the help of making reservations of my train which was a little complicated for me as foreigners. Furthermore, the breakfast is incredibly beautiful and the healthy ingredients are all from the regional farmers! I really liked being at the beautiful Cafe where they serve breakfast. :) Visiting Innsbruck again, I'd definitely come back the hotel!

Besides being super close to the station, it was a beautiful space! The room was amazing and super comfortable, even in the 3rd floor you have a great view. It was a shame we only stayed 1 night and we didn’t have time to go to the 13th floor bar.
