Everything about it. The staff was great. The location perfect, breakfast was wonderful. And it was in the First district, so easy to get to other parts of it. And it was across the water to 2nd district where we discovered mavy things we hadn't found before.

This was a special trip for me, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. I arrived early in the morning, and the staff were incredibly helpful, arranging an early check-in to a lovely Superior Room with a small balcony and a great view. The room was beautiful and spotless, and the location couldn’t be better—everything was within walking distance, so I never needed transportation.

The location of the hotel is good. It is 5 minutes walk from the central square. St. Stephen's Cathedral is 3 minutes walk. There are lots of branded stores and eateries cafes around the location. The room was good with all modern facilities. It had a hot-plate and dish washer. Breakfast was excellent with a varieties of options and spread.

From the moment we were greeted at the reception desk to our check out, we received excellent customer service. The rooms are spacious with a fireplace, well appointed and there was a bucket of wine & macarons on the mantle when we arrived. Bathrooms are spacious and impeccably clean with soft linens and a well stocked mini bar with complimentary drinks. It is located steps away from a number of main attractions in the heart of Vienna. We were exceptionally impressed with the Leo Grand.
