Very chic, impeccably clean hotel within walking distance from the main tourist attractions Vienna has to offer! Cocktails at the hotel's bar were lovely and prepared with good quality ingredients. Did not try the breakfast but it sure looked good. Room was beautiful and cozy, hot water always in the shower, polite staff and all in all a lovely place to come back to after a busy day of visiting!

amazingly nice and spacious apartment! very nicely decorated, very clean and great location! comfortable beds and kitchen is well supplied (including a very nice coffee machine) and a nice and comfortable bathroom.

Hotel Zipser can be summed up in one word “Excellent “ …… Superb location , 10 min walk max - to city centre and all the fabulous Christmas Markets. Bernhard and all his team will make you feel at home the moment you walk through the front door . Friendly helpful and courteous staff are a credit to Hotel Zipser . We had special dietary requirements which were catered for in full , which the staff went well beyond their call of duty to provide for and nothing was left out or a problem , it was done seamlessly . The Rooms , Delux Treble and single were spotlessly clean throughout. Showers immaculate , Great range of foods for breakfast, for every palate to enjoy . We all loved our stay here and will definitely be back in the future , I’d look no further for accommodation in Vienna , . The only thing in my opinion that is missing at Hotel Zipser is another Star ⭐️ definitely worthy of the 4th , Well done to everyone and thank you again for a wonderful stay .

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and well organised. Bedroom is very cosy, and breakfast is amazing, with many typical foods from Austria. We were warmly welcomed by the attendant Larissa, who was really helpful and efficient, and gave us good suggestions about Vienna, such as an excellent restaurant nearby, as well as all the information about the Christmas Markets. Finally, I would like to point out the other members of the hotel staff, such as Kader, who was also really kind and polite.

The lady at reception was super helpful and the location super convenient. The room is comfortable and it's nice that they clean the apartment daily and bring in clean towels.
