Staff went above and beyond to assist with any questions or requests that we may have had. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Exceptional location allowed us the privilege to walk to sightsee and visit much of what this beautiful city has to offer… we even walked to the opera in our Sunday best (with a stop for dinner at a lovely Italian restaurant recommended by outstanding concierge team at the Almanac). The hotel is beautiful and magestic with a bit of a modern flair. The restaurant has lovely breakfasts and lunches (we didn’t experience dinner). The room is extremely comfortable and the bed heavenly. We can’t wait to return, it is definitely our recommendation when visiting Vienna.

This hotel made my wedding anniversary trip very romantic. I loved being able to enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and night view of Vienna in the room. The friendliness of the staff, the condition of the room, and the location of the hotel were all the best. It is the best hotel that I would like to visit again!

Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Friendly personal service, with the opportunity to order from an ala carte. Friendly staff. Hotel quite near to a metro stop. The whole hotel seems to be scented, which is pleasant but odd. The gym downstairs is well-equipped for most people, swimming pool is large enough for a little swim and some lounging around. Loads of options for food and drinks, surprisingly fairly priced. Surprisingly not obscenely expensive for a single room during a time when all the hotels in the area were booked.

Things got off to an excellent start - with an efficient reception and a welcome drink. It continued this way throughout our stay. Friendly , very helpful staff , excellent service , excellent room layout and quality of furnishings. Food quality was also very, very good. Very effective Aircon system a boon in what turned out to be a hear wave week in VIENNA.
