Everything was perfect. The appartment was clean and nice - like on the pictures. The metro station was near and the connections were great. There was also a lot of grocerie stores, bakery, etc. nearby, so you have everything you need. The checkin was also simple. I would reccomend it. :)

The apartment is small but comfortable, well-equipped, and modern. There’s some street noise, but the soundproofing is excellent. The owner is very kind and helpful. Public transport connections are great.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Vienna! It was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for daily living — including a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and a coffee maker. The apartment had a cozy atmosphere and made us feel at home. The location was very convenient, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, yet it was quiet and peaceful. The host was kind and responsive, and communication was smooth from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Vienna. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay! Martin is the best host I've ever met. Our check-in time wasn't until 3:00 pm, but we were arriving much earlier at 7:00 am. Since we were traveling with kids, Martin kindly let us check in early at 7 am at no extra charge. He even waited for us with an umbrella on a rainy day to shield us from the downpour. In a word, Martin is a super caring and kind host. The apartment itself was incredibly authentic. It felt like a cozy and comfortable Austrian home, not modern but steeped in genuine Austrian culture. The location was fantastic – the tram station was right outside the door, the metro station was a comfortable 5-minute walk away, and there were Lidle and Billa supermarkets just 4 minutes away. I highly recommend this place!

Handy just down from the u3 and s7 we were football fans so no more than 20 euro in a taxi home after the match from the city center , staff where brilliant aswell I forgot my light and they gave me one free of charge

It was very cozy, clean and comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need. The owner was very polite and helpful in providing all the information needed for check-in/out procedures as well as quick responses to any other question. But to us, the most important was the location which cannot be any better. You have everything you need in front of the apartment and the subway station is just across the street. The airport transport is also very close, just few minutes walking from the apartment. Also, there is an option to leave the luggage after check-out for additional charge. All in all, we had a wonderful experience with Liv's place and we highly recommend it.

It was very clean, comfortable, loved the heated floors of the bathroom and the fog proof mirror. The location was perfect as it’s 1 minute walk for Gasometer venue for the concert we were attending with a metro station right next to it
