As Baku is a windy city, you still can hear the wind, even if he windows are closed (Not a much noise you can use to it and wont pay attention later). Otherwise the rom is sound proof, bright, unexpectedly spacious and airy.

Fahad at the reception is a great asset to the hostel. Kept an eye out for me as I was travelling solo. Made sure I had everything that was required.
Loved staying in an old building, the simplicity of the place and yet it had all the basic amenities. And most importantly, it was spacious. Felt like home away from home.
