Liked the separate lounge area. And then the separate kitchen area for the buffet breakfast. Place to store the bikes securely. Nice walk into the centre for food and a walk round to see the beautiful buildings.

Location is excellent, the staff at the reception was great, always there for you to assist and advise. The room was fabolous, the children really enjoyed the swimming pool. We loved the royal breakfast and the Dinner at the restaurant. Barman is an outstanding man, we enjoyed our night beer atthe bar. It was was a fantastic vacation thanks to all the staff of the Hotel and high level standard they keep

The place is very spacious, clean and close to most attractions. Our beds were really comfortable as well. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, they provided us with a list of things to see and places to eat at. Communication with the hosts was great. We will most likely come back the next time we're in Bruges.
