from the minute we reached it felt like coming to visit family, Ginette was soo welcoming helpful caring and super nice. she helped us with directions, shuttle, map and we should not forget the welcome drink she offered. beside the place is amazing like entering a fairy tale. thx u Ginette for this amazing stay and for the morning breakfast it was soo nice from u to prepare us a bag since we had to leave early.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the city center. There’s a communal area with clean tables, a coffee machine, and an egg boiler where you can prepare your own breakfast or lunch, or you can easily make breakfast or lunch at the hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Exceptional apartment, spacious, clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. It is close to the windmill and about half an hour walk to the center. I cannot put into words how much I enjoyed my stay at this super cozy studio. Pierre and his family were just incredible hosts, it was almost like I imagined it. The WiFi went out and I sent an email and I kid you not in about 10 seconds they reached out and came to sort it out right away with endless apologies. The studio was clean and well stocked: tissue,towels, bathrobes, blankets, more blankets, first aid kits and even tampons?!!!! If you ever need to be in Bruges, don't think twice,book this little slice of heaven and enjoy peace and tranquility in a home away from home. Thank you Pierre, Veerle and Ito.
