It was quiet! Knowing how loud Ghent can get, I asked for a quiet room and was given a room in a corner facing the garden, with a bedroom separated from the corridor.

The staff are very attentive and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is ideally located and has car parking, which sadly isn’t included for guests and has to be paid for separately.

I totally enjoyed my stay in One Two Four hotel. Great location, lovely calm interior, lots of comfort and incredible hospitality would be my words about the experience. I would also mention great quality of sleep - mattress, fluffy pillows and blanket. And of course a unique feature of the hotel - private spa experience is very special.
And on top of everything I really appreciate care and attention of personnel.

The room was spacious, wonderful decorated and very clean. Everything was immaculate. Lovely that we had some chocolate candies in the room and also water in the fridge when we arrived. Breakfast was tasty, with fruits, prosciutto, chesse, pastries, jam, eggs, granola yogurt and pancakes. It was a great weekend gateaway.

Central location, great base to explore Gent from (especially during Gentse Feesten). The family room is a bit dark, but spacious and comfortable. Quiet enough to not be bothered by any street noise. The heated swimming pool was a nice bonus.

Best place to stay in Ghent! Highly recommended!
Lovely rooms and facilities, staffs are all super friendly and warm. I booked the room to celebrate my partner’s birthday and the team helped me to prep the surprise and gave him the most memorable birthday!
Thank you all so so much! Will definitely revisit in the future!
