We just stayed for one night and had a really good time. The hotel is very good located. You can reach the touristic center easily by bus and tram. There is a bus station very close to the hotel. There is a supermarket and a diner nearby, where we enjoyed breakfast the next day. Our host was very nice and gave us good suggestions for our stay. We also had free parking in a private garage.

Van der Valk Hotel Gent is a stone's throw from the city centre, close to both the E17 and E40 motorways.
