It was clean, the people were nice and helpful and the air conditioner was working perfectly. Usually I don’t have luck about air conditioner in good conditions here in Brasil.

The most beautiful hotel, with a breathtaking ocean view and pool area. Very service-minded people working there always smiling and ready to help you. The breakfast was incredible, they had everything you could possibly ask for! A perfect gym with everything you need, good restaurants, and a nice location with sunbeds on the beach. We stayed in a beautiful big room with a balcony, the cleaning service was perfect. No complaints, best hotel in Rio.

This is easily the best hostel I’ve stayed in my life in terms of the facilities it is amazing ! There is less of a party vibe compared to the hostels in Ipanema but it’s not hard to find parties in Rio 😂

The customer service was SUPERB! Christina was amazing! We are Americans and don’t speak a lick of Portuguese and although her English wasn’t strong either, (but it’s 2023 and phones and google exist) so that wasn’t a problem AT ALL. She made sure we comfortable and had fun. She checked on us regularly. The location is safe and is in walking distance of great food, bars and shopping. I kinda didn’t want to do a review because I wanted to keep this hidden gem to myself, but Chris deserves all the raving reviews she can get. Thank you so much for making our Rio experience so amazing!
