Our stay was amazing! We had a nice spacious room and it was really clean. There is a kitchen if needed and a couple of tv's to watch movies on. Overall very satisfied.

The hotel is located at downtown, BC exchange, Queensway exchanges. Just walk 5 minutes to the lake which has many activities during summer.
There are many eateries and cafés opposites the hotel. Very convenient.
The staff are very helpful. She helped me to book taxi.
