Perfect location, clean room and a comfortable bed at a super affordable price. The owners of the property are incredibly warm and welcoming. I stayed here on a weekday so it was calm and peaceful.

5 minutes walk from Niagara Falls, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Not much choice at breakfast, but it's a good enough to start the day. We got the rooms in mid October at a great price.
