Very hospitable and accommodating staff. Adam from the reception staff went above and beyond to make our group feel welcomed and attended to all our needs. In addition, the house keeping staff were very responsive and helpful. The amenity room with the table tennis and large tv screens were a nice touch and helped us stay entertained.

An indoor heated pool is featured at this central Victoria hotel. Free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen cable TV are provided in all guest rooms. Butchart Gardens is 22 minutes’ drive away.

Location - just the right distance from the city center. Beautiful surroundings. while waiting for my hubby to wake up , went around for a jog and to explore. The place felt so safe and so relaxing 😌 . Me took a lot of pixies and also met a local retired gentleman and enjoyed a chat. Room - feels like home. Clean, feels comfortable, and relaxing. Not all hotel rooms give that feel. Parking - it's free and just in front of our door. This makes the hubby so happy 😊

Excellent location, wonderful service and a large room with full amenities. We had a one bedroom suite, wonderfully spacious and well kept. A large balcony overlooking a street and trees etc. Quiet enough to keep the window open at night. A fully equipped kitchen with a great coffee machine too... The staff were polite and very attentive and made us feel right at home. Had dinner one evening at the restaurant and it was also very good. A great place to stay in Victoria.
