Beautiful hotel, with amazing amenities. Loved the mineral pools. Our room was stunning, with attention to detail. We received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for our 20th anniversary, which was much appreciated. Staff were always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Oak Bay Beach Hotel. The most wonderful breakfast ever. Start with scones and lemon loaf, go to parfait with Fairholm Granola and follow with an incredible main with a tasty egg dish.

Spacious room, well furnished, with a seating area. Plenty of space, and room for clothes. Nice large windows. Coffee, tea and hot cider available most of the day. Excellent location. A very short walk to the harbor, in one direction, and a multitude of restaurants in the other direction.

Much more space than a hotel room leading to a very relaxing stay.
Hosts brought us fresh muffins in the morning despite not paying for breakfast - thank you.
Used the kayaks every day, at one point a seal popped up next to me in the lagoon :).
Great location for exploring further up the west coast, good bakery within a mile for sandwiches to go.

It's exactly what we needed. The bus service was with in 1 block . Buses took us any where we needed to go. The room was clean, spacious, well kept. The host was awesome to deal with.

The property was even nicer than what was shown int the pictures. I love the layout where it was slightly above ground. Very bright and airy.
First time I have a host leaving many post it notes all over for instructions, where supplies are, or how a/c has to be operated, simple and direct and made everything so very easy to operate and use. Instead of always going back to a manual to figure things out. I loved the notes.
Parking was on driveway literally 3 steps to the door.
Just due to the nature of our trip, we didn’t cook, but this is very well stocked, even with barbecue and BBQ utensils.
