While very dated in design, it gave major 80’s nostalgia and was very well maintained and clean which makes it feel more like a themed retro hotel than just an old one!

The place is impressive. It's in a historical house with exceptional charm and character. The rooms are immaculate and well-maintained. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and with lots of style. It's a high tea style, and the dining room is fantastic. We will stay here again, and we recommend this place to every family. It's one of the best places we stayed in Victoria.

The staff were great. Shawn the bartender in the lounge was a great host. Ricardo and the other shuttle drivers, sorry can't remember their names were very accommodating.
