The hotel is located very close to the old city center (10min walk). I am very happy with its value for money. The standard double-room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was comfortable and clean. The personnel was very kind and was flexible to serve our needs during our stay.

Perfect location. Remarkable architecture of the hotel. The staff is very good and responsive. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean.There are two fast elevators and we didn't have to wait. The roof terrace has a beautiful view at any time of the year. The considerate design of the room towards the traveller and comfortability. Location of the hotel is walking distance to the main train station and close to nice restaurants. Also, loved the written message on the mirror. Nomad again without hesitation!

This is an excellent place to base yourself and explore Basel. The staff were outstanding... professional,friendly and helpful. They provided tips about where to go and how to get there. The room was immaculate. They are small, but perfectly formed to provide everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay. Breakfast was enjoyable and the garden area perfect for relaxing.
