Very comfortable place in Bern. Access was easy and I was assisted by the hotel personnel at the reception in order to complete the registration. I parked at the hotel garage and travelled to the city center via the tram, which is stopping nearby. Also, there is a supermarket at a stone's throw and I could buy something to cook in room's kitchen.

Friendly and accommodating staf. Spacious room. Clean. Good and solid breakfast selection. Location, possible to walk to center within reasonable time, but also very near communication with frequent tram and bus.

hotel is accessible 2 tram stops away from Bern main train station. before arriving, they were very kind to extend the city pass (bern ticket) free and we used it well to travel within Bern city. place is located within the residential area, is nice and quiet. has clean and spacious room, and bed is comfortable
