Very clean and new like hotel. You can get warm tea, coffee, soup for a fee in the machine. Hot water and MW for free use at reception.
Free ticket for traveling by bus, metro at Lausanne.
Restaurant at hotel has very delicious food and extremely friendly personnel.

Super nice and helpful staff. They solved our requests immediately and they were very friendly. Breakfast was a surprise for us and it was nice. room was clean. Also thanks for running after me and bringing the things I forgot after checkout. :)

Attentive staff in a luxuriously appointed hotel and rooms. Very good with kids. Their room had special treats for them etc. Made the stay feel very special. The spa and pool was a lovely surprise.
