Their response time is impressively quick, whether on the Booking.com app or via personal contact. When I had to move from one apartment to another, they were unfailingly kind and helpful. On the day I was leaving, I requested a late checkout, and they went out of their way to accommodate it. I will never forget their kindness. It was truly a special stay.

I really don’t understand why the overall rating for this hotel is 7.9, since everything was perfect - the service, the room, the facilities, the location and the breakfast. I would definitely choose it for next stay in Zurich again.
