Very clean, tasteful decor, felt brand new. Great location with lake, shops and tram stop nearby. Kitchenette was very well kitted out with everything you’d want. Nice touches in the room like games and a Bluetooth smartphone speaker for playing music. Natalie the host was incredibly helpful when we had any questions and gave us nice tips for places to visit. Seefeld is a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with great walks by the lake and just a few minutes walk to the Botanical gardens and China garden. It’s about half an hour walk to the old town.

The hotels location is perfect. Very close to the lake, within walking distance from the city centre and the tram is literally just outside the hotell when you feel like moving around the city a little faster. The staff was really kind, helpful and service minded. They really made our stay something extra ordinary. They helped buying tram tickets and really took their time in recommending different restaurants and landmarks around the city. The breakfast was nice, it didn’t have the widest selection of breakfast choices but everything was fresh and of high quality. The bircher muesli was my favourite.

The hotel was in the best location of the city and accessible with different type of transportation. We were upgraded to a suite which was amazing, huge room, nice interior, beautiful giant bed and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, efficient and helpful from start to finish, especially Ian and Elisabet (hope I have not pronounced wrong their names, sorry if so). Great Breakfast. Really a nice experience, will definitely come back again :)

Very friendly staff. Superb conditions for small children: not only they provided the baby crib free of charge, but also left a sleeping bag (see photo) and a diaper container in the room. The room was very large and nicely decorated. Breakfast was also good

During the past 15 years, I have been traveling for work in lots of cities across North America and Europe. Boutique Hotel Seidenhof is a 4-star hotel that's better than many 5-star hotels. The room was spotless, and the service was fast and polite. They even had anatomic pillows! And they also provided complimentary chocolate and fruits. Thank you, guys!
