The location was good and it was close to a train station. There is a restaurant at the property, which was delicious! The small grocery store was also a plus!

We liked everything! The receptionist who assisted us with the check in was very nice and friendly. The staff assigned in the breakfast area were also very warm and accommodating. The room had a modern and sleek design. The bathroom was spacious. Cleaning was done daily.

This is one of my favourite hotels in Zurich. It is my go-to place when I am here. The hotel is ideally situated close to Bahnhofstrasse and Paradaplatz square, and it is also within walking distance of both the lake and the train station. The staff is terrific. Very friendly and accommodating. They all made me feel like I have a home away from home.
