The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The restaurant staff and manager each spoke to us personally every day and asked about our stay and what we had seen or done the previous day. The front desk staff offered a late check out when they realized our flight left late in the evening. This allowed us to comfortably enjoy another full day in Santiago and rest before catching our flight.

Everything about this hotel was just fantastic. The size of the room and the shower cubicle was enormous. Best shower ever. Loved the view of Parque Bicentario and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We were in the suite which was easily large enough for 2 adults and 2 children. There were also 2 bathrooms and a living area which was great. The hotel was surrounded by trees and there were loads of bushes and plants throughout which made it very easy to forget that it was in the city.

We enjoyed 2 nights at this lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They organized an excellent private tour of the city with Herbert, who is so knowledgeable.
We had one breakfast at the hotel and it was amazing. So much variety and good food to choose from.
Altogether a great time in Santiago.
