The stay was amazing. The room has an amazing view especially before 10:30 when the tower nearby is lit up. The room is clean and the bed very comfy. The style is also very very nice. Miya was amazing and helped us throughout the stay many times to have a better experience. There is amazing food downstairs and the connection with metro is great for both town and for panda base.

The Hilton Changhua was excellent. The make-up service was quick and efficient. I put on the light when I went down to breakfast and when I came up an hour later the room had been completely refreshed. The food from the Chinese restaurant was excellent.

Staying at the Ritz while visiting Chengdu was probably the best hotel decision we could have taken. It is well known that this hotel has impeccable service, great locations and offers a luxury experience and we were not disappointed. All the staff member spoke very good English. We were very nicely greeted and the staff was very friendly, open and talkative. The breakfast has a big variety of western and chinese cuisine. The Ritz is right at the center of Chengdu which made getting to different places easy. The room was spacious and very comfortable even for three people in one room. After we checked out we found out our flight was canceled and one staff member sat down with us and helped us sort everything out. As non Chinese speakers we relied on help and she called the airline for us and explained to us, what has happened. We would definitely recommend this hotel! A special thanks to Ankita, Kiki and TT who made our stay in Chengdu even more memorable.
