We recently stayed at the Sky Cloud Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and a welcoming atmosphere. All the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, but I must give a special mention to David. From the very beginning, he was exceptionally kind and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. Our stay was truly memorable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.

Amazing guesthouse, one of my favourite stays of all time. You can ask the hotel to book transportation or package to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, which is convient than you book by yourself. The entire staff were very friendly and accommodating, I will recommend my friend to come and stay there.

The place is truly amazing — perched above the old town of Lijiang with stunning views in every direction. We could see the whole city from both our room and the breakfast area, and it felt so peaceful and relaxing. The location is exceptional: the AMAN resort is just a few steps away, and you get the same incredible view that tourists walk up to see — but all to yourself. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we had the best experience. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Lijiang!

+ The Inn is conveniently located in Lijiang Ancient Town, close to a variety of food options and shops. It’s just an 8-minute walk from the main road, making it easy to catch transportation to other attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with an electric heating blanket, which kept us warm during the freezing temperatures.
Mandy, the Inn Keeper, was exceptionally warm and helpful. On our first day, she had arranged for someone to come pick us up from the drop off so we do not need to drag our heavy luggage on the uneven stone pavement. She also provided valuable tips on navigating the area and shared recommendations on what to explore. She even went the extra mile by preparing sandwiches for us when we had to leave early before breakfast.
We would absolutely return to this charming inn in the future!
