The convenient location was our base for exploring the old streets filled with shops, stalls, restaurants, cafes, historical buildings, as well as new shopping malls across the main road. The friendly front counter lady gave suggestions on places to eat. We tried them and they were all great. The room was clean and comfortable. There’s ceiling heater to keep the shower area warm during winter.

Location is great. Near everything. The bathroom and toilet are clean with ample toiletries and lots of towels! Bed is super comfy and I love the big window in the room as I can see the beautiful blue sky and decided I should not waste such a lovely day 😅😅 And the staff are hospitable, too! They can't speak English very well but the important thing is that they try their best to communicate with me, and always send me their regards plus well wishes 🙆🙆🙆

My friend lost his mobile in a taxi while on the way to airport . The staff is extremely helpful , go through the cctv to locate the driver , contact the driver & help to pay the driver on behalf of us. I loved my stay here, it has been my favorite hotel in a trip all around China. The room was comfortable, and the location was great - just a few minutes' walk from Tangzixiang station on the airport line, and easy walking distance from the lively central dining and shopping area. The breakfast was large and varied, with obvious attention put into providing local specialities. The staff were all kind and helpful, especially the very friendly English-speaking man who works in the breakfast area, who took special care to make sure that I experienced the most interesting dishes.

The location was excellent, within 10 mins walking distance to cuihu lake (beautiful lake with wenlin st closeby where stylish cafes and bars are). It is also walking distance to the city centre (about 4km) where the old street and shopping streets are. The property was stylish and the room was very clean, complete with room amenities. It had a water dispenser for hot and normal water which was handy. The flower cake provided was very yummy too. The room itself was modern (room and toilet) and the bed was comfy. Very great value for money. I also loved there was a skewer street vendor right outside the hotel and I greatly enjoyed sitting outside with a beer and some skewers at night.

Everything was really perfect. Fantastic, spatious room, extremely kind and helpful staff, and small touches like fruit platter or free ginger tea since I was coming down with cold. Spotlessly clean and excellent breakfast. I personally like Chinese breakfast, but there was also a broad choice for those preferring Western version.
