The hotel was perfect, the location was just off Nanjing Road and within a few minutes of walking to the nearest metro station. The staff and cleaners were also very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend staying here, and will probably stay here the next time I visit.

A special mention also goes to Leslie, the head bartender, who delighted us with his amazing cocktails, crafted with care, good humor, and a contagious warmth.

The booking dept is friendly and efficient. My bday celebration was on the agenda of the hotel and the whole team did everything they could to make my stay memorable and seamless! The price, the executive room given to me with the breathtaking view, the flexible check-in and check-out time for me as a part of my bday treatment, the check-in and check-out experience with the reception counter at horizon club and on the ground floor, my bday cake and etc. The cleaning service was efficient. The luggages service went extra miles to help load my bags. The concierge was very helpful to help me send a courrier. The Horizon Club offers great teas and snacks. The breakfast downstairs was very good, but the breakfast at the horizon club was top notch.

This hotel amazed me with their 5 stars services
Upon the arrival, the hotel not manage to get the room ready on time, but they immediately compensate the breakfast without hesitation which really top class of PR disaster recovery.
Their laundry service also impressed me as I only need to drop my cloth into washing machine, their staff will assist to put into dryer even it's midnight and the next day morning, the cloth appear at your doorstep. Wonderful job
Their breakfast not a lot of choice but each day dishes is different and it's with Shanghai style. Really impressive.
All the staffs here is very helpful and do their best to make every customers feel at home. Thumbs up to the team.

The hotel offered a luxurious sophisticated experience but was also refined and elegant. We loved our room’s styling, the super comfortable beds and the glorious round bath. The Roof Bar on 29/f had amazing views, we loved the delicious dishes in the Cantonese restaurant and the Lobby Bar had wow factor and great cocktails.
