Super friendly staff, left my souvenirs in the room when checked out, the staffs were kind enough to send them to me via mail the day after. Rooms are super clean and patio is also very spacious and nice, rooftop bar is a vibe! Will go back for sure.

I really liked the location (very central), the design of the rooms was nice, the rooms were very clean. This hotel offers free laundry and drying service, which is amazing. On the last day of my check out, smth happened to my internet connection, so one of the guys working in the hotel helped me order a taxi to the airport, which I’m very thankful for.

Amazing hotel. Staff try polite, breakfast was the best part with amazing buffet, so many options and long opening time for breakfast. Location so close to the Bund you can walk and to shopping street. Metro line across the street. Bed so comfy and they have a pool.
