At the Ritz, all is great, as one would expect. We had some issue with the room, and the issue was solved very professionally: this is how a superior 5 star hotel is supposed to work! Good outdoor swimming pool. Great breakfast (the breakfast at Ritz is the "benchmark" I use to compare breakfasts at other hotels). Superior food quality and ample choice of both western and local food. Can also find india-style breakfast and fresh sushi. Subway a 2 min walk, a food plaza at 3 min walk....

ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS, NEW, CONFORTABLE, WITH ALL NECESSARY AMENITIES. VERY BEAUTIFUL DECORATION IN CORRIDORS AND HALL. METRO STATION AT 10/15 MINUTES WALK, SO NOT SO CLOSE, BUT EASY TO REACH. SHOPPING MALL AT METRO STATION VERY HANDY FOR FOOD, CLOTHES, NAILS, HAIR, ALL YOU NEED.
