The room was modern, spacious and brightly lit. We especially liked the amazing view from both our room and the hotel club, overlooking Gulangyu island. Our hotel club waitress Susan provided exceptional 5-star service which left nothing at all to be desired. She attended to our every need and even expertly mixed cocktails for us. The hotel club chef created a new and broad selection of dishes, both Western and Chinese, every single day. This selection included warm dishes, cold dishes and even cakes (5 different kinds per day). If not for the amazing sights Xiamen has to offer, we would have stayed in the hotel club all day.

Everything you need in a hostel. Confortable and isolating beds. The staff were very patient with me as I was a bit lost without access to Google in China, checking things for me, etc.
