We liked it very much! Delicious breakfast, very friendly staff, location amazing for a few nights. In the very heart of Getsemani. Rooms are however surprisingly quiet, but not totally totally sound proved if this is a problem for you. We enjoyed very much. Pool is small but saved us on one very hot day!

- Very helpful staff to answer questions and give us recommendations, with at least one person available 24/7 at reception. - Food is great and varied, at a reasonable price. I quite liked that breakfast always included a bit of fruit. - Location is very central - They charged me twice without me noticing, and they were transparent and serious to tell me that and return the money. - They have a quick laundry service at a reasonable price. - They have portable water and coffee available at all times. - The property is pretty. - The rooftop is quite pretty and good to relax at the end of the day.

Breakfast is amazing (many options, delicious, made with love) and huge! A couple of times we actually shared since the portion where super generous. Strongly recommend you have the cold Milo. Staff is lovely and accommodating. Rooms are big and pretty. Location is just blocks away from the buzz of Getsemaní (which I prefer 100% vs Centro Historico) but super quiet and safe.

The hotel was well located, with cosy very clean rooms. The staff were superb and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. One of the best overall hotels we have ever stayed at. Cannot rate higher.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very centrally located in Getsemani, it took us 2 min to walk to Plaza de la Trinidad. Sadly we didn´t have the time to enjoy the hot tub on the patio but the views were fantastic.

The team of this hotel is awesome. Giulio, Javier, Kati.... They try to help you in any kind of issue. They all made our stay the best in cartagena. They have a very nice roof top terrace and a jaccuzi. You can have your breakfast on the terrace if you want. There are Cocteles 2 for 1 all the time. I stayed with a friend and we can recommend the room Las Palmas (right on the top where the terrace is) and media lunia which has a little balcony. Muchas gracias to all of you!!!!
